Christophe Vanswieten
Graduate of the Hotel Management School of Brussels (Coovi in 1979) and Advanced Management at Insead Fontainebleau, he has been a passionate hotelier since starting his career in several private hotels and hotel chains like Holiday Inn and Hilton. Working in different food and beverage related jobs, he was Food and Beverage Manager in a well known hotel in Paris.
In 1982 he started at Accor in Belgium where he occupied several general managerial functions, before becoming Managing Director of Accor Benelux, overseeing 110 hotels including their development and management.
Later on as Chief Operating Officer Northern Europe, he managed 380 hotels in 7 countries. His most recent accomplishment is the repositioning and relaunching of the Pullman hotels and resorts worldwide. Now gathering all his unique experience to start Hospitology to bring guidance in hospitality to investors, hoteliers and restaurant owners. Helping them to make the best choices and achieve the best results. 35 years experience in the hospitality industry at the highest level!
